Location: Sunnydale High

Xander drove to the school after getting dressed and grabbing the blueprints from his closet

Giles was still waiting on both Xander and Faith at this point. Whom he called. Faith was behind though. Dealing with a small nest of Vampires. Just because the Hellmouth had closed, though apparently seems its open again did not just destroy every evil thing in the world.

Xander pulled up to the school and turned the car off before getting out "Giles." he said as he walked to his trunk and got out the blueprints and a knife

"Actually. No." That would be a female voice. In fact he knew exactly who's voice it was. Faith tucked her hands into the spots of her jacket. "Hello, Xander."

"Slayer or not, get anywhere near me and i'll kick your ass Faith."

"You may try. I am not here for you, I am here because Giles put Faith in me after Angel helped me and I got out of prison, so suck it up buttercup."

"Make me succubus" Xander says as he fixes his eye patch

"You really have changed more since I have been gone. Why don't we just see what Giles wants and what is going on, shall we?"

"Should be in the school. At least i assume so. Lets head to the basement and see what the hell is going on" Xander said

"Okay...what is suppose to be going on in the basement?" Faith turned to start towards the school itself.

"I am really hoping it isn't true but it may be Buffy's sister Dawn

"Little Dawn? Is she hurt?"

"Buffy said she had a dream and in it was Dawn. Buffy said she was dead. I really hope it isn't true that is why we are checking it out

"Dead? I know we've had issues but what in the fuck." Faith pushed with more expedience at this point.

"Willow pinged Dawn's phone to the basement of the school." Xander said as he followed her quickly.

Considering the school wasn't open at the moment and it being a holiday weekend, that worked just as well. So getting in, particularly adie from the fact that Xander and Faith could both pick locks or just kick doors in, Giles simply left them unlocked.

Getting downstairs to the basement was particularly easy as well. Through the broiler room. The Janitors rooms, yes they even re built that. Then to the farthest end where everything ent down the first time and Spike sacrificed himself.
Now there was the remains of a circle in candles, which were all extingished now. Surrounding a stone sacrificial alter, and a body. Because of all the blood it was hard to see at first who it was. The blood also was all over the alter and the floor. Once they did get close enough, Faith pushed the dried blood crusted hair out of the way and even for her, there was a bit of a gasp.

"Its Dawn isn't it?" Xander asks as he walks over and looks at Dawn's bloody body he looks away. "Giles, Buffy is not going to be happy about this." Xander says and starts looking around the room before finding traces of ask and evidence of why Faith was called in. "Dawn was killed by vampires or used in a ritual by them." he said

"It....yes. Its Dawn. Why were we to look here to start with?" Faith sighed, "Buffy is going to be pissed."

"And a pissed off Buffy is nothing to joke about" Xander said then looked at Faith. "Maybe, they are trying to open the Hellmouth again"

"She's still second best, but pissed regardless is not a good thing. You should tell her. She doesn't even know I am here." As far as she knew. "I am sure she will want to have a real burial. In the mean time, lets see if we can figure out what this is. You are right also it may be to open the Hellmouth again."

"Well i am seeing ash and this is the same ash from a staked vampire so i can assume that vampires along with whoever was leading them kidnapped Dawn and used her or more specifically her blood in a ritual to open the Hellmouth." Xander

Faith huffed, "And there went the blind cat..." Giving a nod and taking her jacket off to put it over Dawn's body. "Fine..we'll both tell her." Giving a sniff a moment. "Odd. I don't smell or sense anything. This had to have been done hours ago. You probably are right as well..to open it again I mean. Dammit. Will this never end."
